What Type of CBD Should You Take?
A common question we get is what type of CBD should I take? As always please check with your doctor on which type of CBD is right for you. If your doctor doesn't have a recommendation, we will help you find the product that is right for you. The types of product are as follows:
- Full-spectrum CBD oil contains everything that a broad-spectrum extract contains but it does include trace amounts of THC (less than .3%). The trace amounts of THC will not get you high; however, full-spectrum does contain trace amounts of THC, you will not want to use this product if you are subject to drug testing.
- Broad-spectrum CBD oil contains all the other cannabinoids and active compounds in the hemp plant, except for THC. This allows you to get all the benefits of all the cannabinoids in the hemp plant without containing any THC.
- CBD isolate only includes CBD so all the other cannabinoids are removed from the hemp plant. Topical products are typically strictly CBD isolate. This product is best for those who only want the CBD cannabinoid and may have periodic drug testing.
Now that you know the different types of CBD, let's discuss which type is right for you.
